“ A friend told me about his experience at Our Paladar and thought that I would love it. I’m so glad I took him up on that recommendation. I wasn’t able to make it here for a dinner service, so we came for brunch. We made reservations to make sure that we could get a table And the weather was fairly chilly so we sat indoors, but their patio was pretty adorable. I’m pretty certain the building is an old train depot located right next to the tracks and it has plenty of character. It has Cuban vibes to the space and downstairs there is even a cocktail lounge that I would love to try next time! I would say it was an upscale dining experience, but wasn’t pretentious. The food was great, but not overly expensive. The staff was pretty great and I definitely was torn on what to order. I can’t wait to come back for a dinner service. If you’re in Rochester, Minnesota, check it out! ”
“ 100% WOULD EAT HERE AGAIN My husband and I decided to come visit Our Paladar after seeing it was named "Best Restaurant" in a Rochester magazine. We didn't have any expectations, but if we did, they would've been exceeded! I'll get straight to it - the bucatini was the best pasta we've ever had. I've been craving pasta ever since I ate it. Adrian did us a solid by telling us we should toss the pasta in the red pepper pesto, and man, did that up it a whole other level. The pasta was cooked PERFECTLY and every bite was fantastic. It was not heavy at all, and so flavorful. We would come back just for the bucatini with crab. Fantastic job, and fantastic service!!! ”
“ Flavorful evening with Our Paladar - from the wine list (which included less know, interesting wines versus the same old) to the interesting dishes, we left feeling extremely satisfied. Super Brussels Sprouts salad, my palate LOVED the Caesar salad, Sable fish (black cod) dish was wow, braised short rib risotto satiatingly delicious. They carry G.D.Vajra’s Clare J.C. Langhe Nebbiolotoo. One of the best restos in Rochester that any foodie cannot miss! ”
“ 5 STARS! ***Updated March 2025: Really good food. Highly recommend the pork burger, but everything is good. We visited the Sunday evening of Our Paladar’s opening weekend and while the food was amazing, they had run out of most food options on the menu. It was opening weekend and estimating fresh food quantities can be tough, so we’re happy to give them a pass for now. We thoroughly enjoyed the pork chop and pasta dish we had. It was one of the best pork chops I’ve ever tasted and the pasta had a delicious pancetta served with it. I’ll update the review once we head back and have an entire menu to choose from! ”
“ Our Paladar is an amazing gem of a restaurant in Rochester MN. It has the best and most flavorful food. Pasta's are amazing. The Parisian Gnocchi and their risotto is some of the best Ive ever eaten, and we travel all over. My husband loves anything by Gordan Ramsey and it is better than his best restaurant in LasVegas! Itbis our new absolute favorite place to eat. ”
“ Everything was impeccable. The place is fancy but not over the top and intimate. The food was very well done, and their non-alcoholic drinks were fun. The server was easy to talk to, helpful, and made good banter. I had the pineapple cooler drink, the muscles, the wedge salad, and the papperdelle pasta dish. 10/10 for those. The desserts were interesting and flavorful, just not for me. ”

The pasta made in-house, the herb butter, the toppings for the oysters, the smokey notes of the cocktail, and all of the little details of flavor were very thoughtful. The menu was concise and everything we had was truely special. We already have plans to bring friends and family here to expirience what we did!
